What carrier oil do you use in your CBD oil?

We use an MCT (medium chain triglycerides) Coconut Oil which makes the CBD more bio-available.

Which cannabinoids and terpenes are in your CBD oil?

Our full spectrum CBD Oil contains CBD, CBDa, CBG, CBC, CBDV and CBN amongst others. Please see our lab report above for more details.

Our terpene profile includes predominantly β-Caryophyllene, β-Myrcene and α-Pinene.

How do I take the CBD oil?

Squeeze the dropper cap so that you have some CBD Oil in the dropper and squeeze 3-5 drops under the tongue. Hold the CBD Oil here for at least a minute before swallowing. You can wash it down with some juice or water if you like.

How many milligrams of CBD is there in a drop?

Each drop contains approximately 7.5mg of CBD and there are around 200 drops in a 10ml bottle of CBD oil.

What is your recommended dose of the CBD oil?

It really varies and can take a little trial and error to find your perfect dose. Every system is different but we recommend 3-5 drops of CBD oil 2-3 times a day. Start small and build up until you find what’s right for you. If you are just starting out don’t take more than 50mg a day.
