What carrier oil do you use in your CBD oil?

We use an MCT (medium chain triglycerides) Coconut Oil which makes the CBD more bio-available.

Which cannabinoids and terpenes are in your CBD Oil?

Our terpene profile includes predominantly β-Caryophyllene, β-Myrcene and α-Pinene.

How do I take the CBD Oil?

Squeeze the dropper cap so that you have some CBD Oil in the dropper and squeeze 3-5 drops under the tongue. Hold the CBD Oil here for at least a minute before swallowing. You can wash it down with some juice or water if you like.

How many milligrams of CBD is there in a drop?

Each drop contains approximately 20mg of CBD and there are around 200 drops in a 10ml bottle of CBD oil.

What is your recommended dose of the CBD Oil?

It really varies and can take a little trial and error to find your perfect dose. Every system is different but we recommend 3 drops of CBD oil 2-3 times a day. Start small and build up until you find what’s right for you. If you are just starting out don’t take more than 50mg a day.
